We're in hypergrowth mode, and we need a recruitment rockstar who knows how to scale talent acquisition at breakneck speed.
Role Description
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech company - an advantage)
- Execute hiring process to meet growth needs, especially across technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (operations, finance, sales) roles.
- Mastered advanced sourcing techniques beyond basic LinkedIn searches - Must!
- Created recruitment pipelines that deliver predictable results, not just random hires
- Implemented data-driven recruitment processes with meaningful metrics that drive decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter ,Spark Hire etc.)
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
