Creative Specialist

The Creative Specialist will be responsible for hands-on creation and iteration of creative assets used across paid campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.

 This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, execution, and storytelling as part of the core creative team. This role is focused on performance-driven ads, with an emphasis on testing, iteration, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years creating creative assets, including concept development, production, and iteration across static and video formats
  • Strong hands-on ability to ideate, script, storyboard, and QA ad creatives at scale
  • Comfort working directly with creative tools and workflows (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Practical experience using AI creative tools in the creative workflow
  • Hands-on work with UGC creators and/or influencers, including briefing, reviewing, and refining content
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to guide creative decisions
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on execution approach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Experience in US-focused markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive verticals (insurance, finance, home services) is a plus
  • Background in performance marketing or paid media environments is a plus
