What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of P&Ls and drive the success of a diverse portfolio of partner accounts.
- Build, develop, and nurture long-term strategic business relationships.
- Identify opportunities, evaluate potential solutions, and execute effective business strategies.
- Manage daily partner communications and foster deep, ongoing engagement
- Lead the launch and expansion of new business categories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute innovative, results-driven business initiatives.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to dive into data and translate insights into actionable steps.
- Serve as the face of Schemathics, representing the organization at major international conferences and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Business Development experience (Performance Marketing- an advantage)
- Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new clients; a natural deal-closer with the persistence and creativity to open doors in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Sharp, critical, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong execution skills and the ability to deliver results end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) – an advantage.
- Native-level English.
